I want to talk about nuts because the business of nuts is a difficult thing for emotional eaters.
They are so calorie dense and you can gain weight very easily by eating them. Some emotional eaters simply can’t eat them safely and that’s totally understandable.
But it’s a fast food and works great as a backup when traveling, or too busy for a meal, to help you avoid less healthy options out there.
In this episode we’re going to get into the nutritional value of nuts. Some of them are actually conducive to weight loss because they increase your metabolism and help you burn fat.
