There are a lot of things I do on a daily basis that I don’t want to do. And most of these tasks are self-care habits.

I was under the assumption that healthy people are healthy because it just comes naturally to them but I think of myself as an imposter. I’m not a healthy person but I try to have healthy habits in my life.
