Holiday time can often cause us to feel stressed, which leads to overeating…we are on the go, in a hurry, and grabbing snacks and goodies for quick energy. Yes, overeaters tend to be overdoers, but unless we get hip to how to put boundaries on our time and schedule, the holidays aren’t going to be very happy for us. Try doing something different this season, and see how much happier you are as you move through the holiday (or any) season. This show is only 10 minutes…since I know how busy you are!
