One of the hardest things to do is stop beating ourselves up. Our minds relentlessly criticize and expect perfection, and we break under the pressure to have it all together. The journey from self-condemnation to self-compassion isn’t an easy one, but I recently discovered “5 D’s” that can help it become easier (and faster). In this episode I talk about my achilles heel of  being disorganized and the important lessons I’ve learned on my own healing journey through these 5 important stages of coming to love myself.
