Ever get so angry by something someone says or does, that you feel practically homicidal? Well guess what? It’s not them, it’s you. Sure, people can be real nutjobs, but when you get so agitated that you lose your wits, there’s a lesson in there. And not just a lesson, but an opportunity for freedom! Emotional balance leads to peace around food, so learning how to heal those hooks that get us off balance is essential to overcoming emotional eating. In this very vulnerable episode, I talk about my own history that has caused some hysteria, of late.
