Anger is an emotion that emotional eaters often feel is too difficult to feel or express. So instead, we stuff this powerful emotion with food. In this episode, I explore our relationship with anger and how we can learn to negotiate the force of anger, without turning it on ourselves or raging on others who don’t deserve it. When we can deal with anger in a healthy way we can truly live in freedom.
