But when we struggle chronically with food and weight and are trapped in an emotional eating cycle, our guys get caught in the crosshairs. Should they be honest, or default to telling us we look great? How can they support us without offending? In this episode, I talk about how to take responsibility for our weight loss journey…and leave our loved ones out of it.
