“I can’t ever be thin.” “I always put the weight back on.” “No one will take me seriously at this size.” “I’ll never achieve real success in life.” The negative thoughts that lurk in the back of our minds cause self-sabotage and keep us from living the lives we want. In this episode, I talk about my own journey of up-leveling my personal self-concept, so I could enjoy lasting weight loss and freedom from emotional eating…as well as engage in new experiences that have built my self-confidence and brought me joy.
