Regular, every day emotions are hard enough to face when you’re an emotional eater. But add to them the burden of grief and sadness from tragic events, and the struggle to feel our feelings, rather than stuff them with food, becomes harder than ever. In this episode, I talk about my own turbulent emotions, as well as learn how my client Cheryl, a former elementary school principal, is coping with the recent school shootings, and how she’s learning to feel, deal and heal.
